The Heart Behind the Kitchen

Rachana Mantri is a passionate home chef who blends creativity, tradition, and love in every dish. Professionally trained under a Celebrity Chef Rakhee Vaswani and having worked as a Trainee Chef at Taj Lands End, Mumbai, she brings both expertise and warmth to her cooking.

With over 5 years of experience, she has trained more than 400 individuals through her cooking and baking workshops.

From vibrant starters to wholesome mains and indulgent desserts, her food reflects a perfect balance of flavors, presentation, and homely comfort always made with love!

What Food means to me

Food, of course, is about flavors, aromas, and taste – but for me, it goes far deeper than that. When I prepare a dish, it isn’t just about the recipe or the presentation; it’s about the love and care I put into it.

I believe that food carries energy, and when it is made with warmth, patience, and intention, it nourishes not only the body but also the mind and soul. Every ingredient, every step of preparation, becomes a way of sharing comfort, joy, and positivity with those who eat it.

As what our scriptures say, food is Brahma. Food is more than something to be served at the table — it is a form of connection, healing, and celebration of life.
